Gulf Coast Electric here. Rewired 3 buildings at Plantation Apartments. Completed work in January. It's now March and they've paid NOTHING. Won't return calls. Lawyer letters ignored. This is destroying my small business. WARNING TO ALL CONTRACTORS!
